CREDIT CARDS
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Slick Audio reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Slick Audio reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

RETURNS
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship (see warranty terms below). Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. All other sales are considered final.

TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Slick Audio holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Slick Audio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Slick Audio shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Slick Audio will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

LIMITED WARRANTY. SLICK SYSTEMS, LLC dba SLICK AUDIO (“SLICK AUDIO”) WARRANTS THAT THE PRODUCTS IT MANUFACTURES (THE “PRODUCTS”) PURCHASED BY YOU (THE “PURCHASER”) SHALL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WILL FUNCTION SUBSTANTIALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NORMAL AND CUSTOMARY USE OF THE PRODUCTS (AS SUCH PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED BY SLICK AUDIO TO BE USED AND IN GENERAL ARE INTENDED TO BE USED BY SLICK AUDIO’S CUSTOMERS), WHEN USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRODUCTS ORDINARY AND CUSTOMARY USE AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO THE PURCHASER, FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCTS, FOR THE PERIOD SPECIFIED ON SLICK AUDIO’S INVOICE, SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY (THE “LIMITED WARRANTY”). PRODUCTS DO NOT INCLUDE EXPENDABLE PARTS WHICH ARE ANY PARTS THAT ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY INVOICED. THIS IS THE ENTIRE AND SOLE WARRANTY AND CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR CHANGED IN SCOPE BY ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS, INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY SLICK AUDIO, OR ANY OF SLICK AUDIO’S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHERS, AND THE PURCHASER MAY NOT RELY ON ANY SUCH STATEMENTS, INFORMATION OR ADVICE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SLICK AUDIO MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN APPLY ONLY TO THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE MANUFACTURED BY SLICK AUDIO. SLICK AUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OR SUPPORT EVEN IF INCLUDED WITH OTHER SLICK AUDIO PRODUCTS. SLICK AUDIO PROVIDES ALL SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SUPPORT AS IS. OTHER ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS AND/OR SUPPLIERS MAY PROVIDE THEIR OWN WARRANTIES AS SPECIFIED IN THE DOCUMENTATION ACCOMPANYING SUCH PRODUCTS AND SUPPORTS. PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON SUCH OTHER MANUFACTURERS’ AND/OR SUPPLIERS’ APPLICABLE WARRANTIES.

REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SOLE REMEDY. If the Products fail to comply with the Limited Warranty set forth above, the sole and exclusive remedy of the Purchaser shall be the repair of the defective Products. Repairs or replacements may be performed using factory-refinished parts or Products. Any parts or Products exchanged by SLICK AUDIO in repairing or replacing any parts or Products shall become the sole property of SLICK AUDIO. In the event that SLICK AUDIO is unable to repair the Products, SLICK AUDIO will replace the defective Products with the same or comparable products. Defective Products must obtain an RMA and then be returned by the Purchaser, at their cost, to SLICK AUDIO for repair or replacement. This Limited Warranty does not provide repair services or any other services at the Purchaser’s place of business or any other place other than at SLICK AUDIO’s facilities. Purchaser must include the following items when delivering defective Products to SLICK AUDIO for repair or replacement: (a) a copy of the Purchaser’s receipt or other proof of purchase; and (b) a written description of the problem or defect. In the event that SLICK AUDIO determines that the Product has a defect that is covered by this Limited Warranty, SLICK AUDIO will ship the repaired Product or replacement Product to the Purchaser at SLICK AUDIO Depot’s cost and expense; however, Purchaser shall be solely responsible for any and all costs of shipment other than freight, including tariffs and duties.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of:
the use of the Product other than for its usual and customary use;
the failure of the Purchaser or other user to use the Product in accordance with the component user manual(s) and any other written directions or instructions provided with the Product at the time of sale or subsequently;
the use of parts or accessories purchased other than directly from SLICK AUDIO;
a modification or repair of the Product by the Purchaser or any other party other than SLICK AUDIO;
services performed by any party other than SLICK AUDIO;
improper transportation or packaging in the shipment of the Product to SLICK AUDIO or its repair facility;
or the installation of third-party products, for example, memory cards;
Any software provided with the Products (which software may or may not be provided with a warranty provided by the licensor or of any such software); and
Operation of the Products in conjunction with equipment, software or other items manufactured or sold by any third-party or the Purchaser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. SLICK AUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, HOWEVER ARISING, FOR ANY COSTS OF COVER OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF FILES, RECORDS OR INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INSTALLATION OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF SLICK AUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Under no circumstance shall a computer be returned without an RMA. Failure to obtain an RMA will result in refusal of shipment.
